About a charge from us
You are probably here because 21X20 appeared on your card statement. 21x20 Media, Inc. runs the games listed on our home page. When you buy something on one of them, the charge comes from us.
What the statement line means

Every product charge starts with 21X20. As we launch more products,
each gets its own 21X20* NAME.COM line and a row here.
Do not recognize it?
- Check with anyone who shares the card. Memberships are often bought by a family member.
- Then email payments@dictionaryof.com with the statement line, the amount, and the date. We usually reply within two business days, and duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.
Cancel or manage a membership
Memberships are managed on the product site itself. For Mated, sign in at mated.com and open the Club billing page; you can cancel any time and it will not renew again.
