If a charge from us is wrong, we make it right.

The policy

• Duplicate and accidental charges are refunded promptly. Reported unauthorized charges are investigated and, when verified, refunded promptly. Just write.
• Memberships can be cancelled any time on the product site and stop renewing at the end of the paid period. If a renewal went through that you did not want, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• SpeechPen follows its own workspace and Human Review policy. A workspace purchase carries a 7-day refund promise from the date of purchase; Human Review is a separate service with its own terms. Requests use its protected support form.
• Other one-time purchases: contact us within 14 days and tell us what went wrong. We will work to make it right or refund the purchase when we cannot.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
