If a charge from us is wrong, we make it right.

The policy

• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded. Just write.
• Memberships can be cancelled any time on the product site and stop renewing at the end of the paid period. If a renewal went through that you did not want, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• One-time purchases: if it did not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
