Who declared it? Show the receipt.

Every episode takes one “National X Day” from the calendar and sorts it four ways: Congress or a president, a trade group with a congress and a press release, a commercial registry, or nobody. The receipt appears on screen. Tear-off calendar pages comment from the counter while the narrator checks the paperwork.
